Israeli strikes in southern Lebanon kill nine, wound dozens




Israeli air strikes on the Nabatieh district in southern Lebanon killed nine people, including a woman, and wounded about 12 others, according to Lebanon’s National News Agency (NNA).

The wounded included two women, the agency reported.

In the Tyre district, an Israeli strike on the town of Hanaway injured 10 people, with one person reported in critical condition.

Another strike on the town of Maarakeh wounded seven people, including a child and three women, NNA reported.
