EU chief urges increased humanitarian access in south Lebanon

European Union crisis management chief Hadja Lahbib called for increased humanitarian access on Saturday, as aid struggles to reach areas in southern Lebanon hit by Israeli strikes.

“Humanitarian aid is ready, but too often it cannot reach those who need it most,” Lahbib told a news conference ahead of an expected EU aid delivery.
