Hezbollah reports attacks on Israeli troops across southern Lebanon
Hezbollah said its fighters carried out 22 strikes against Israeli forces in southern Lebanon and northern Israel on Saturday. The group said attacks targeted Israeli troop gatherings and vehicles in Biyyada, Rachaf, Deir Siryan and Chama using rockets, artillery and attack drones.
Additional strikes were reported near Khiam, Naqoura and Tayr Harfa, according to Hezbollah statements.
The group also claimed attacks on Israeli personnel near the border sites of Misgav Am and Jall el-Aalam, as well as a helipad in the Shlomi settlement.
The Israeli military said it intercepted a “suspicious aerial target” in an area where Israeli troops were operating in southern Lebanon. The military said no warning sirens were activated “in accordance with protocol”.
