Al Jazeera: Iran considering US request to restart talks

According to the report, Iran is proposing a phased approach that prioritises ending the war and securing guarantees against further attacks before addressing broader issues such as the nuclear file.
In return, Tehran has indicated it could reopen the Strait of Hormuz as part of a wider agreement.
