Niezwłocznie po rezygnacji zwołana została Rada Nadzorcza spółki w celu powołania na stanowisko prezesa zarządu dotychczasowego członka zarządu Wojciecha Kuśpika, który pełni też funkcję prezesa zarządu PTWP S.A., spółki matki Grupy PTWP, która od grudnia ub.r. jest większościowym akcjonariuszem Gremi Media.
