There is a sense of "very cautious optimism" in Lebanon, reports France 24's Cyril Payen in Beirut, as the country gets ready to hold its first direct diplomatic talks with Israel in decades on Tuesday in Washington, following more than a month of war between Israel and the Hezbollah militant group that has rocked the tiny Mediterranean country.
