US proposes new coalition to get ships moving through Hormuz: Report
The US has pitched a new international coalition, dubbed the "Maritime Freedom Construct", to enable navigation through the Strait of Hormuz, the Wal Street Journal reported.
The proposed coalition would "share information, coordinate diplomatically and enforce sanctions", according to an internal State Department cable.
