When you think of a steaming hot drink in France, you probably think of coffee. French cafés are indeed everywhere. But in this edition we're focusing on a hot drink that's less associated with France: tea! We speak to Erika Le Noan, the CEO of French tea maker Dammann Frères. She tells us how to make the perfect cup of tea and how it became so popular in France.
