W piątek 29 maja Sejm w bloku głosowań uchwalił ustawę zakazującą trzymania zwierząt na uwięzi. Teraz zajmie się nią Senat. Nowe przepisy mają wejść w życie po upływie 12 miesięcy od ogłoszenia ustawy.
