Après l’annonce du projet de loi, LFI avait indiqué qu’elle ne participerait à aucuns travaux pour écrire une nouvelle loi Yadan. Le groupe de gauche a précisé ensuite à l’AFP n’avoir cependant jamais refusé l’invitation d’Aurore Bergé à une réunion pour présenter ses propositions pour lutter contre l’antisémitisme.
