Israeli raids and settler attacks intensify across occupied West Bank
Israeli forces continued military operations across Gaza despite the ceasefire as Palestinians in the occupied West Bank reported a series of Israeli raids and attacks by Jewish settlers, according to the Palestinian news agency Wafa.
Israeli troops entered Beit Fajjar, south of Bethlehem, deploying across several neighbourhoods, firing tear gas and stun grenades, and seizing the roof of a residential building as a military observation post.
Raids and patrols were also reported in Deir Dibwan, east of Ramallah, and Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem.
Settlers also attacked Palestinian homes in the Ras al-Ein area of Qusra, south of Nablus, where a young Palestinian was stabbed and injured.
Israeli forces also entered Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah, firing tear gas toward homes and establishing a checkpoint.
In Beita, south of Nablus, settlers reportedly seized several vehicles and sprayed Palestinians, including children, with pepper spray.
