Israeli issues another forced evacuation order for Lebanon’s Tyre city
The Israeli military has issued a further warning to residents in Lebanon’s city of Tyre and surrounding neighbourhoods to evacuate their homes ahead of new strikes.
The message, delivered on X by the Israeli army’s Arabic-language spokesperson Avichay Adraee, ordered residents to “evacuate your homes immediately… and move north of the Zehrani River”.
This follows earlier evacuation warnings in areas across southern and eastern Lebanon, as Israeli troops prepare to advance beyond the “yellow line” and continue strikes on Lebanese towns in violation of the ceasefire agreement.
