Israeli attacks have killed over 4,247 people in Lebanon since 2 March
Lebanon's Ministry of Public Health says at least 4,247 people have been killed in Israeli attacks since 2 March, according to figures released by the ministry's Health Emergency Operations Center.
The ministry added that 12,195 people have been wounded over the same period.
Lebanon and Israel have agreed to a deal as part of a trilateral framework with the United States in Washington on Friday, following five rounds of talks hosted by US President Donald Trump's administration.
Hezbollah, which was not part of the negotiations, has accused the Israeli military of violating the ceasefire in Lebanon, alleging that Israeli forces carried out multiple attacks across southern parts of the country on Sunday.
