Israeli army issues more forced displacement threats in Lebanon, attacks intensify
Lebanon’s National News Agency has reported a new wave of Israeli attacks and forced displacement orders targeting areas in southern and eastern Lebanon.
It reported air strikes hit towns in the Beqaa Valley in eastern Lebanon, as well as villages in the south, including Tuffahta and Arki. Evacuation orders were also issued for several additional towns.
The latest attacks come amid a broader wave of strikes carried out over the past 24 hours, which Lebanon’s health ministry has described as “massacres”.
