Iran plans gradual reopening of airspace, Tasnim reports
Iran’s airspace will be reopened in four phases, starting with transit flights and moving gradually to domestic and international departures, according to Tasnim News Agency, quoting a civil aviation official.
The plan begins with transit flights, followed by operations from eastern airports, then flights from Mehrabad Airport and Imam Khomeini International Airport, and finally services from other western airports.
“Currently, airplane ticket sales are suspended, and people should pay attention to the official announcements of this organisation to get the latest information about the airports and the possibility of purchasing tickets,” the official said.
