Iran accuses US of ‘excessive demands’
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has accused the United States of making “excessive demands” during a phone call with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, according to Iran’s foreign ministry.
Araghchi said Tehran remained committed to diplomacy despite what he described as Washington’s “repeated betrayals of diplomacy and military aggression against Iran”, as well as its “contradictory positions and repeated excessive demands”, AFP reported.
