Bij het Antwerpse ijssalon IceLab NiceCream Creations kost een vegan bol vanille- of pistache-ijs 3,90 euro als je het ijsje meeneemt. Wil je het op het terras oplikken of weglepelen, dan betaal je 5,50 euro. De reden: de btw-regeling voor ijsbereiders. “Ik moet ondernemen in Absurdistan”, zegt uitbaatster Hilde Gos.
