“I work for the people”: First woman in space wants to serve Putin at the age of 90

Im Juni 1963 absolvierte Valentina Tereschkowa als erste Kosmonautin einen Flug ins Weltall. Mittlerweile sitzt die 89-Jährige als Abgeordnete in der Staatsduma für Putins Partei Einiges Russland. Im kommenden Lebensjahr will sie ihre Karriere in der Politik fortsetzen.
