On the French Caribbean archipelago of Guadeloupe, there is one gun for every 10 residents. Since the beginning of the year, 12 people have already been shot and killed by gunfire. Anti-crime brigades are doing their best to address the issue, but the number of offenders is on the rise and they are increasingly young.
