At least 12 killed in Gaza over past day

At least 12 people have been killed in Israeli strikes across the Gaza Strip on Thursday, according to local news media. 

The latest Israeli attack included that targeting of police officers near al-Shabiya intersection in central Gaza City, leavinf one person killed.
