Powstanie Stowarzyszenia Rozwój Plus Mateusza Morawieckiego jest niewątpliwie minusem dla PiS-u w takiej formie, w jakiej chciałby widzieć tę partię Jarosław Kaczyński. Problemem jest to, że takiego PiS już nie ma – i to nie tylko za sprawą działań Morawieckiego.
