Alcohol banned this weekend in Paris: from when? And who is really affected?

Selon l’arrêté préfectoral, l’interdiction prend effet dès ce vendredi 26 juin, à midi, et jusqu’à dimanche 28 juin inclus. Et ce, dans tout Paris.
