US-Israeli air strike hits airport in southwestern Iran

A US-Israeli strike targeted an airport in southwestern Iran on Sunday, the official IRNA news agency reported.

"The Shahid (Qasem) Soleimani international airport was hit in an airstrike carried out by US and Zionist forces," IRNA wrote, citing deputy governor of Khuzestan province Valiollah Hayati.
