OPEC+ raises oil production quotas by 206,000 barrels per day

The OPEC+ oil cartel, which includes key oil producers Saudi Arabia and Russia, agreed to again hike oil production quotas on Sunday. 

It decided to "implement a production adjustment" of 206,000 barrels per day (bpd) from May.
