Nadat de gevreesde verkeerschaos in en rond Antwerpen dit weekend relatief beperkt bleef, is het sinds maandagochtend 6 uur al stevig filerijden in en rond Antwerpen. Alles in en rond de afrit Wommelgem zit nu al dicht. Sinds vrijdagavond is de snelweg E313 in beide richtingen tussen de Antwerpse Ring en Wommelgem volledig afgesloten voor spectaculaire werken, waarbij de oude snelwegbruggen in Deurne plaatsmaken voor nieuwe.
