Here are the latest updates on the US-Israeli war on Iran:
Israeli military says it hit military sites in Iran and a petrochemical plants in the southern region. According to Iranian local media, there were five injured in the attack on the special petrochemical zone in Mahshahr and Bandar Imam, Khuzestan province.
Tehran said it shot down a US F-15 fighter jet.US media reported one of the two crew members had been rescued by American special forces, with the other still missing. Iranβs military also said it downed a US A-10 ground attack aircraft in the Gulf.
A French ship has become the first Western vessel to transit the Strait of Hormuz since the war began, passing through on Friday after weeks of restricted access.
At least 13 US service members have been killed and 365 wounded in the war in Iran, the Pentagon said as of Friday.
Dubai authorities said that no injuries were reported after debris from an interception fell on the facade of an Oracle building in the emirate's Internet City.
