Iran orders asset seizures for 100 accused of 'supporting enemy abroad'

Tehran's Prosecutor’s Office has ordered the seizure of assets and freezing of bank accounts of more than 100 individuals accused of “supporting the enemy abroad”, Fars news agency reported.

According to Fars news agency, those targeted include 63 managers and employees of Iran International and 25 linked to the Manoto news channel, both outlets Tehran accuses of ties to Israel.

Another 25 Iranians living abroad were also cited for “supporting the enemy’s attack… especially in cyberspace,” the report said.

The move comes as authorities tighten measures against "foreign-linked activity" amid the ongoing conflict, according to Fars news agency.
