Gaza genocide death toll surpasses 72,312 as Israeli continues attacks
The Palestinian health ministry said the death toll from Israel’s ongoing genocide on the besieged enclave has reached at least 72,312 people and wounded 172,134 since 7 October 2023.
Hospitals across the enclave received 10 bodies and 44 wounded people in the past 24 hours, the sources said.
They added that since the "ceasefire" on 11 October last year, at least 733 people have been killed and 2,034 wounded, while 759 bodies have been recovered from under the rubble.
