Drone strikes hit Iraq’s Sulaimaniyah, explosions reported
Explosions were seen in Iraq’s Sulaimaniyah after drone attacks, with footage showing fire and smoke rising over the city in the Kurdish region.
The strike came shortly after another drone attack damaged a separate building.
The incidents come as Iraq is increasingly drawn into the US-Israeli war on Iran, with Iraqi militia groups launching attacks on American assets in the region.
